Coronavirus: New York prisoners could dig mass graves to bury pandemic victims

Inmates at Harvey Weinstein’s jail in Rikers Island, New York, could be drafted in to dig mass graves to bury up to 51,000 bodies in the event of a coronavirus pandemic in the USA
